Raw Brownies

Introduction

This is a slightly modified version of RawPriestess' recipe. They're really good and chocolatey without all the refined flour and sugar. It's almost more like fudge than brownies. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Raw Almonds
    1 cup Dates, pitted
    1/3 cup Cocoa Powder

Directions

Soak almonds for six hours. Drain, rinse, and put in food processor with pitted dates and cocoa powder. Process until the mixture forms a ball. Press it into a 6 X 6 square pan or tupperware container and freeze or refrigerate. I prefer to freeze them.

Makes 6 - 2 X 3 inch brownies.
