    1 lb. 9% ground beef
    1 large egg
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    2 slices wheat bread
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    italian seasoning


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak bread in milk until just wet. Crumble and scrunch with ground beef. Sprinkle desired amount of italian seasoning and mix in with hands. Spread tomato puree on bottom of 8" x 8" baking dish. Spread meat in dish, then spread a layer of tomato paste on top of beef. Cook in oven for 40-45 minutes. Cut into 6 even pieces.
