    1Kg Rindfleisch in Würfel
    150gr. durchwachsenen Speck
    2 Zwiebeln in Würfel
    Salz
    Pfeffer
    Paprika
    Brühe
    eingeweichte Trockenpilze

Directions

Alles kräftig anbraten, Wasser( ca. 1 Liter) und Trockenpilze zugeben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen. Ca. 1 1/2 std kochen, mit Speisestärke andicken
