Great muffin - adapted from All Purpose Bran Muffin by another user. Had to double the yogurt, add more canola, and more raisin bran. Ingredients

    1 cup King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup All-Purpose White Flour
    3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 cup Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal, crushed
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 containers 6 oz Chobani 2% Pineapple Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 large Egg

    18 dried Apricots, cut in eighths
    18 dried Prunes, cut in eighths
    1/2 Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat ooven to 375 degrees F.

Combine dry ingredients and blend.
Combine brown sugar and wet ingredients in a larger bowl and whick until well blended.
Add dry ingredient to wet ingredients and mix until all dry ingredients are absorbed.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Divide into 12 muffin cups.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

Serving size is one muffin.
