1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 - 1 cup roasted red peppers (depending on how much you want - I eyeballed it)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Put everything into a blender, minus the salt and pepper and blend away. Add salt and pepper (I used Adobo, but not many people know what it is or like it) as you need it.
It's great for dipping artichokes, chicken, random veggies.... It's tasty and not spicy at all!
