Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken - 2 servings

Introduction

This is for two pieces of garlic parmesan chicken. 2 pieces/servings = 2 individual chicken breast halves (as packaged). Add more spices if you chose.

Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic
    1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    3.5 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Makes 2 servings.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, blend the olive oil and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper. Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and pepper before dipping if you chose. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Do NOT cover baking dish with foil.

3. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
