    TOP AND BOTTOM LEAVES OF CLERY
    PARSLEY

    COOK WHOLE CHICKEN IN WATER WITH TOP AND BOTTOM OF CELERY, CUT ONLY HALF THE ONION IN BIG PIECES. SET OTHER HALF ASIDE. COOK TILL CHICKEN IS FALLING OFF BONE

    TAKE CHICKEN OFF THE BONE WHEN COOL SAVE THE JUICE AS YOUR BROTH AND STRAIN THE ONION AND CELERY OUT. TOSS.
    ADD ONE CAN CHICKEN BROTH, CARROTS, ONION, AND CLERY AND UNCLE BENS CHICKEN FLAVORED RICE AND PLAIN RICE. ADD CHICKEN BOUILLION TO TASTE.
