* *Tofurkey Meatless Kielbasa, 1 sausage, 14 oz (remove)
* *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving (remove)
* *Pepper - Yellow Bell (Raw, chopped) 1 Pepper, 4 oz (remove)
* *Cabbage, Green, Raw, 700 gram(s) (remove)
* *14 baby carrots, 6 serving (remove)
* *potato, white, raw with skin (6 oz), 6 serving (remove)
* *Mild olive oil (0.5oz = 15ml = 1 tablespoon), 1 oz (remove)
* *Buttery Spread, Earth Balance Original, 6 tbsp (remove)
10 min. before steamer is going to go off, cut onion, pepper, and sausages up and saute in olive oil till browned. Deglaze pan with red wine and cook down until no liquid remains in pan.
Use earth balance on veg serve with the sausage mix. Serves 6.
