High Fiber Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup spinach
    1 cup frozen, then thawed green beans
    3 cups tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 T italian seasoning
    2 T splenda

Directions

Bring all ingredients except splenda to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered for about 12 minutes, until all the veggies are soft. Puree in a food processor until smooth. Add Splenda.
