Cinnamon Chicken with FruitSubmitted by: LAUGH_FREELY
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into small pieces
1.5 cups dried apricots, diced and soaked in hot water for 2 hours
2 medium apples, chopped
Splenda or other artificial sweetener
Mix fruits and add approximately 3 single-serving size packets of sweetener and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker and cook on low until fruits are soft and chicken is cooked through (in my experience, about 8 hours).
Makes 3 servings.
