Raw Cacao Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

    1/2 cup raw cacao powder
    2 tbsp maca powder
    1/2 cup melted coconut oil
    3/4 cup shredded, unsweetened, unsulphured, dried coconut
    1 1/4 cups almond meal
    2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used stevia and erythritol blend)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add melted coconut oil. Mix well and press into a square pan. Let set at room temp. Cut into 16 squares.

Makes 16

    it would turn out just fine. The maca is more for added health benefits than anything else.
