Ingredients

    And Serve3 cups of cooked pinto beans
    1-14.5 oz cans of green beans
    15 oz can ranch style beans
    15 oz can whole corn
    14.5 oz can sliced carrots
    18.5 oz can of progresso light chicken noodle soup
    1/2 onion
    2 lbs ground turkey
    15 oz can of peas
    15 oz can mix veggies
    14 oz can white potatoes
    2-10.5 oz cans of Cambells Chicken Noodle

Directions

Make sure your pinto beans are completely cooked before you start!

The majority of this time is opening cans!

Chop up the onion and sautee it with your ground turkey. Open your cans and dump them into the pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer till its nice and hot, add whatever you want to add (cheese, gold fish, crackers, etc - just add appropriate calories). And serve
