Ingredients

    1 lb Dry Pinto Beans
    10 cups water
    Half yellow onion
    1 tsp sea salt

Directions

Rinse beans, boil two minutes covered. Drain and rinse. Chop onion. Add beans and onion and salt to 10 cups water. Cover and slow boil til tender, about 3-4 hours.
