Tofu, medium firm - 1 Cup Bok Choy, 1 Cup Mushrooms, 1 Cup Garlic, 6 cloves Red Potatoes, 6 Paprika, 1 T
Cut tofu into cubes. Sprinkle paprika over tofu until coated. Place tofu in pan on medium high heat until brown on all sides. Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water. Simmer with lid on until potatoes are done, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
