Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground white meat Chicken Breast
    1 lb. Ground Beef 85/15
    2 cups fresh bread crumbs (approx 4 slices)
    1 Onion, chopped fine
    2 Egg, lightly scrambled
    2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1.5 tsp. Coleman's Mustard Powder
    1 - 1.5 tsp. Salt
    .5 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 cup Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grind bread in food processor to make crumbs. Cut up onion (or chop in food processor). Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in 8 x 8 pan. (Or place in bread loaf pan, or shape into 2 smaller loaves, or roll into balls and place in muffin tin.)
For one large loaf, bake for 45 minutes until done.
For two small, Bake 35 minutes.
For muffin sized, bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
