1 bag shirataki noodle(16oz)
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
2 teas low sodium soy sauce
2 cups water
3 packets osuimono clear broth soup packages( or 2 cups chicken bouillon if you can't find soup base)
1 thinly sliced portobella mushroom- or equal amount dried mushrooms.
In a pot bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 3 packets soup base mix( or use bouillon if you can't find soup base) add1 portobello mushroom THINLY sliced( or use equal amount dried mushrooms) Add 1 cup frozen mixed veggies and soy sauce. Add noodles stir well and serve- makes 3 generous bowlfuls!
