This is second recipe I've made from this website in the past week. Both have been a big hit! I have had trouble in the past making healthy meals that I and my husband like. Made w/1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery, bag of frozen mixed veggies. Served w/cornbread muffins. Yum! - 11/21/07

This was simple and fast and tasted great! We might try adding some seasoning next time, perhaps some paprika. I'd definitely make it again. - 11/1/07

I too make something simular. We call it chicken over rice. I use the 2 cans of soup (98% fat free) , 2 cans milk (non-fat), 2 tablespoons mustard, and creole seasoning to taste. I serve the vegetables on the side. - 10/17/07
