Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams (remove)
Classico Traditional Basil Pesto sauce & spread, 0.625 cup (remove)
*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove)
Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Add 1 tbsp pesto per mushroom.
Top with 1/4 c. pasta sauce
cover with about 1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Top with one slice of provolone.
repeat for each mushroom - prepare one for each person
bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
