Ingredients

    16 oz whole wheat linguine noodles
    2 cups brocccoll fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup "heart healthy"
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 package Or 4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 frozen box spinach unthawed

    prepare the noodles according to package directions
    add broccoil,carrots, calaflower last five mintues drain set aside

    meanwhile add butter to sauce pan sauta onions then add chicken tell well browned cooked through stir often

    cream cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup in the skillet cook until mixture is hot and bibbling, stiring occasionally add noodles top with bread crumbs or fat free cheese
    serve hot. makes four servings.400 calories a serving.
