Super Veggie Penne Rigate

Introduction

This is a quick and yummy pasta, loaded with veggies/ This is a quick and yummy pasta, loaded with veggies/
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb 10 oz. Chunky Ragu
    14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes
    12 oz. Ronzoni Garden Delight Penne Rigate
    I cup Baby Spinach (fresh)
    3 spears Broccoli
    4 medium baby carrots


Directions

makes 6 servings (3/4 cup of penne and 1/2 cup of sauce)


1) In a processor, grate spinach, carrots and broccoli with Ragu sauce.
2) Cook penne according to directions on the box
3) Pour sauce over Penne. Enjoy!!!!

  • I don't think your nutrition calorie is right. the recipe calls for 12 oz pasta but I think you calculated for only 2 oz - 3/14/11

    Thanks. This was the first time doing this, and I put in the size of the serving instead of the whole amount ,that I put in.
