3 c chicken broth 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 cup diced celery 3 c diced potatoes 1 tsp dill weed 4 T margarine 4 T flour 1 tsp parsley 3 C skim milk 8 oz 2% Milk Velveeta 10 oz cubed ham steak
Bring broth, onions, potato, ham, celery & dill to boil. Lower heat and cook until potatoes are tender. While they cook prepare a white sauce: melt margarine & add flour, parsley & milk - stir until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over potato mixture and stir.
