Ingredients

    Red kidney beans, 4 cup (I used canned)
    Brown Rice, long grain, 4 cup cooked
    Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 14.5oz can
    Green Chiles (diced can)1 4.5 oz can
    Baking cocoa unsweetened 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp
    Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 50 tbsp
    Onion powder, 50 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 3 tsp
    Tortillas, Baja Burrito Size. 10

Directions

In large sauce pan, lightly mash the beans with the back of a spoon. add rest of ingredients and mix well. let simmer on low for 15 min. heat tortillas, I lightly spray mine with cooking spray and cook on a hot skillet for a few seconds on each side, or you can microwave 1 for 10 seconds. Spread tortillas with bean mixture and roll up. Opt. add shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa and shredded lettuce.
