Introduction

These taste just like Banana Bread and are great with syrup, or eaten alone. Yum! These taste just like Banana Bread and are great with syrup, or eaten alone. Yum!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 C Uncooked Cream of Wheat
    1/2 C Skim Milk
    1/3 C Splenda
    1 T Canola Oil
    2 T Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 t Salt
    1 frozen Banana, sliced
    1 large Egg
    1 t SF Vanilla Syrup
    1/2 T Pumkin Pie spice

Directions

Heat skillet over medium heat

Mix all ingredients and blend well until smooth. Drop by 1/4 cup fulls onto hot skillet, flipping once.

Makes 10 pancakes.
