Ingredients

    8oz turkey, 1 cup broccoli, 1 small chopped onion, 1 medium sweet onion (large chunk), 1 cup mushrooms, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon sugar, dash pepper, 3 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 cup bean sprouts, 1/2 cup water chestnuts, 3 medium carrots sliced on dia.

Directions

Saute small chopped onion in olive oil. Add mushrooms, garlic, ginger, sugar, pepper. Stir and cook 1 minute. Stir in chopped turkey. Cook till done. Toss in remaining ingredients stir and simmer till vegetables are tender crisp. Serve over rice.
