Tator Tot Casserole

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 32oz bag frozen tator tots
    1 lb ground turkey, drained (i used white 93/7)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup(i used full fat version)
    1 c milk (i used 1%)
    1 can chili beans
    1 16oz bag frozen corn kernels
    shredded cheese

Directions

1.Brown turkey, salt and peppering to taste, then drain.on
2.Spread tots out in a 9X16 casserole dish.
3.Crumble cooked turkey on top of tots
4.Mix cream of chicken and milk together, pour over tots and turke y.
5.Rinse beans and spread over soup mix.
6.Top entire casserole with frozen corn
7.Cook at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
8. Spread cheese as desired.

I made this recipe to get rid of lingering groceries which is why i used full fat cream of chicken in mine....I also instructed my husband to only top his and the kids individual pieces of the casserole with cheese when it was on their plate that way i could have some if i wanted it and still know the exact calorie content.

I calculated this for 8 servings however that makes it pretty high in just about everything so you may need to adjust.
