500g hake, cut into 10 portions
2 eggs (only use about 1.5) whisked
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs sunflower oil
Salt hake on both sides. Coat with flour and dredge through whisked egg.
Fry and turn to brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels when cooked through.
Serve with a good squirt of fresh lemon juice.
