Introduction

With this easy recipe you can have your favorite Thanksgiving flavors anytime! Low carb, Low fat, 20 min prep and 1 hr to cook. With this easy recipe you can have your favorite Thanksgiving flavors anytime! Low carb, Low fat, 20 min prep and 1 hr to cook.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped sweet onion
    1 cup chopped apple
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup dried cranberries (crasins)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
    1-2 tsp poultry seasoning

    OPTIONAL - these options are not for low carb..

    Use 1 lb turkey and your favorite starch based stuffing (cooked rice, bread stuffing, or whatever)

    Add diced sweet potato or butternut squash

Directions

Heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.

Spray loaf pan w/ no stick spray

Add mixture to loaf pan, bake for 1 hr.

Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices.

Serve w/green beans.
