I cook this up on the weekend and then reheat it during the week for breakfast I cook this up on the weekend and then reheat it during the week for breakfast

Ingredients

    1/4 c millet
    1/4 c bulgur
    1/4 c steel cut oats
    1/4 c quinoa
    1 T flax seeds
    water

Directions

put all grains and seeds in rice cooker.
cover with water to the depth of the first joint of your finger over the seeds. (Stick your finger in the pot so it just touches the grain and add water)
