1/8 c. Fiber One Complete Pancake Mix 1 tbsp. soy flour 1/4 c. 1% cottage cheese 1 egg pinch of sea salt
Heat skillet on stove top over medium heat. Add oil or cooking spray, according to preference. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spoon into skillet and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once half way through cooking time. Makes 2 medium-sized pancakes.
