2 cups Quaker oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
cinnamon 1 tsp
1 egg
3 table spoons choc chips
2 table spoons walnuts
Vanilla Extract
Directions
makes 16 bars Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry flour & oats add honey, applesauce, egg & vanilla. Mix well add in choc chips & walnuts Cinnamon. Press into 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. This recipe is easy adaptable for different flavors by adding dried fruits, nuts ect....
