Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1 lb ground venison or beef
    1 can of corn, drained
    2 small cans of diced tomatoes
    1 can of black beans, drained
    1 envelope of taco seasoning
    4 cups water

Directions

Brown venison or beef, drain. ( I rinse mine with hot water to remove all the grease.) Add corn, beans, tomatoes, water and taco seasoning. Stir and cook at medium to medium hot temp on stove until heated through. Can serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, etc for toppings but don't forget to add these to the total caloric intake as they are not included in this one. Makes about 10-11 2 cup servings.
