Ingredients

    * Garlic, 1 clove crushed
    * *Lemon Juice, 30 mL (2tbls fresh)
    * *Tahini, 1 tbsp
    * *Cumin 1 tsp
    * Beans, black, 425 grams (1 can rinsed and drained)
    * 1 Jalapeno Peppers, ( 2tbls chopped)
    * 2 tsp Olive Oil,
    * dash cayenne/red pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients (except last 2 ingredients) in food processor. Process until smooth. Spoon into bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Makes 8 servings
