Ingredients

    ** Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    * *Dole Frozen Pineapple, 0.33 cup
    * *Dole Frozen Sliced Strawberries, .33 cup
    * *Dole Dark Sweet Cherries Frozen, .67 cup
    * *Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla - Almond Milk, 8 oz (remove)

Directions

I like to keep my banana's in the freezer (I buy them in the discount "bags" peel them right away then put 4 to a baggie and pop in the freezer)

in Blender put 8 oz Of the Almond MIlk
add the fruit and blend. Because the fruit is frozen it won't "blend" all of it which I like, I get added bites of fruit was I "eat/drink" it
