Cheesy Quinoa

Introduction

You can add any veggies or leave out the chicken lots that you can do with this! You can add any veggies or leave out the chicken lots that you can do with this!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup of quinoa
    2 cups of water
    2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
    1 cup of mushrooms or other veggies
    1 cup of milk
    1 egg
    2.5 cups of shredded cheese or mixture of cheeses

Directions

Cook chicken however you want. Rotisserie is great and simple.

Add the quinoa and the water as well as any veggies you want, let it boil and then let it simmer til the moisture is gone.

Mix chicken with quinoa add in the milk and egg. Add about 3/4 the amount of cheese let it melt it a bit.

Pour into a baking dish.

Top with the rest of cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 min till all bubbly! serve and enjoy.
