Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can refried beans-low fat
    1 can black beans
    1.5 c corn
    .5 c salsa
    .5 c green chili salsa
    2 c mexican cheese blend-shredded
    10 corn tortillas

Directions

brown ground beef, rinse
add beans, corn, and salsas. mix well.
spray 9x13 pan
layer: 5 tortillas, .5 beef mixture, 1 c cheese, 5 tortillas, .5 beef mixture, 1 c cheese.
cover with foil. bake at 350deg for 40min. remove foil and bake additional 10min. let rest for about 10 min before cutting. serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
serves about 12 (3x3.5 inch pieces)
