vegitarian wrap filling

Ingredients

    1 large of each a green and red pepper
    1/2 large red onion
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
    1 cup diced cucumber
    5 jumbo olives
    1/2 cup hummus
    1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions

cut up all veggies into bite size piecesgently toss with hummus and cheese.
use about 1/4 cup in a wrap or pita bread enjoy.
makes about 6 wraps don't forget to calculate wrap calories. these calculations are only for the filling
