IntroductionThis is a very filling vegetarian dinner but if you want meat, just substitute ground beef, chicken or turkey for the smart ground. I play around with the spices every time I make it. It would be really good if you could include the quantities required in this recipe, otherwise the nutrition information is meaningless. What exactly is "smart ground", some kind of spice? As there are members here from many countries it would be helpful to use a generic term if possible. - 3/16/11

I put in all the quantities when I entered the recipe, not sure what happened (this is the first recipe I've submitted). I'll go back in and see if I can edit it. Smart Ground is a brand of meat substitute, but any ground meat can be used or other brand of meat substitute.
