Island Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Epicure Chili Seasoning, .166 tbsp
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Garlic, 1.5 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 1.5 tsp
    Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Stir together pepper, salt, cumin, chili powder and cinnamon the coat pork
Brown either side for 4 minutes in a skillet
Stir together brown sugar, tabasco and garlic and pour over top of the pork in the roasting pan
Cook for 20 mins
