1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 Cups rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 scoops protien powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Put the rest ot the ingredients in a bowl and pour honey peanut butter mixture over and mix.
Press into 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate.
after they are solid cut into 16 squares ( I find that 1/2 of a square is plenty, these are pretty sweet)
