Crockpot 3-bean chili

Ingredients

    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can chili beans

    1 cup onion, chopped
    3/4 cup carrot, chopped
    1 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1 TBSP chili powder
    2 TBSP ketchup
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

sautee in pan:

1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup carrot, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 TBSP chili powder
2 TBSP ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

** add to crockpot and pour in:

2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can chili beans
1 1/2 cups water

stir and cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low.
