Ingredients

    * Juhayna buttermilk, 0.5 cup
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams, cut into strips
    * *Garlic Powder, 2 tbsp
    * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large + 2 tbsp water
    * plain bread rusk, 40 gram(s)
    * Quaker rolled instant oats, 40 gram(s)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

1- marinate strips overnight in buttermilk + garlic + onion powder + salt + pepper + oregano.

2- dip into egg wash.

3- coat with rusk+ quaker+garlic & onion powder+salt+pepper+oregano

4- lay in a baking sheet sprayed with PAM, also spray on top of chicken.

5- bake in preheated oven (375 F) for 30 minutes. makes 2 servings.
