6 Chicken Breast Tenders (Approx 2 per person)
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 Tbsp
Crushed Dried Rosemary 1/2 Tbsp
Preheat oven to 350 F
Put frozen tenders on a cookie sheet.
Smother with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary
Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked through. Be careful not to overcook. Juices should be clear.
Squeeze lemon over all chicken and serve with favorite sides.
