4-6 cups Broccoli
1 Clove Garlic, pressed (or 2 tsp. crushed garlic)
1 3/4 cups celery, chopped
1 large Onion, diced
1 Tbs. Lite Butter Spread
1 (10 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup (99% Fat Free)
100g Cheese of your choice, grated ( I use Mainlands Vegetarian Edam 25% fat free)
1 cup Portobella Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds (raw)
Makes 6-8 servings, depending on how hungry you are!
