Raw Crumble Apple Pie

Introduction
I made these to add a dish to my all raw green menu for St. Patty's Day. I made these to add a dish to my all raw green menu for St. Patty's Day.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

Crust/Top Crumble
1C Raw Brazil Nuts
1/2C of Macadamia Nuts
1Tbs.Raw Agave
1Tbs. Raw Coconut oil
Cap of Vanilla Extract - non alcoholic
Apple Filling:
1 Granny Smith Apple
Juice of 1/2 Lime Yields
2-3 Tbs. of Raw Agave
Dash of Cinnamon
Directions
Crust:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix till crumble sticks together when you press it between your fingers.
Place nuts in a Tart pan save 1/3 for topping and set aside.
Apple Filling:
Mix all ingredients in food processor 1/2 a lime can yield a lot so do squeeze a little and taste until you get the desired sweetness and flavor. Mine was a little tart because of the lime.
Add apple filling ingredients to tart with crust/nuts and top with remainder of the crust.
I ended up putting my apple pies in the dehydrator as mine had a little to much liquid.
