Lynn's Macaroni Salad

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 box cooked Ronzoni Elbows Pasta
    2 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Light
    1/4 cup cider vingegar
    2T mustard
    2T sugar
    1tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2cups celery chopped
    2cups red or green or miced peppers
    1 cup of shredded carrots
    1cup diced Kirby cucumbers
    1/2 cup onion(or green onion)
    1tsp dried parsley(can use fresh 1/4 cup if you have it)

Directions

Cook Pasta, and rinse with cold water to stop cooking, set aside to drain. *DO NOT OVERCOOK
In a bowl mix all other ingredients, add to pasta, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Makes 15 (1 cup servings).

*Use low fat mayo if prefered.

*You can use 1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip(or low fat mayo) and 1 cup of plain yogurt if you wish.
