2 Cups Bisquick mix
1/2 Cup Nestle Dark Chocolate & Mint Chips
1/3 cup Fat Free Half and Half
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
**additional half and half and sugar
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Stir together all of the ingredients until well mixed and soft dough forms.
Pat into an 8 inch circle on cookie sheet and brush with extra half and half and sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges but do not break apart.
Bake for about 12 minutes (give or take - check them to make sure they are done)
carefully separate and serve warm
