Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg white
    1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 jar tomato pasta sauce
    1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese or low fat mozzarella cheese
    2 & 2/3 cup pasta

Directions

Spray slow cooker with olive oil cooking spray. Beat egg until foamy. In separate bowl mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese & italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
Dip chicken in egg white, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture; place in crock pot. Spread pasta sauce evenly over chicken
Cover; cook on low heat 5 to 6 hours
Sprinkle Italian cheese over top. Cover; cook on low for 10 minutes longer. Meanwhile cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Service chicken with pasta
