Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Lime Juice, .50 cup (remove)
    *Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *wasabi powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Tabasco Sauce, Original, 12 tsp (remove)
    *Udon noodles (1 package), 6 serving (remove)
    *Ahi Tuna Steak 4oz, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

I marinade the AHI TUNA (however much you need I ususally have at least three steaks) just for about 30 minutes. Pull Tuna out of marinade and into really HOT HOT pan. Cook 2 minutes on each side. DONE.

On the Side I cook UDON NOODLES. Put in a big bowl and pour leftover marinade over noodles and set AHI TUNA on top. The Noodles absorb the marinade- wonderful
