Ingredients

    3 Tbsp olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp Tabasco
    4 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    3 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp mayo

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Add all ingredients to the mini-food processor and blend til thick and creamy.
