Crockpot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

    1 cans Bush's Black Beans, reduced sodium
    16 oz chopped fresh tomato
    1 jalapeno, minced
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar Soup (condensed)
    1 c frozen corn kernels
    32 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    To Taste: cumin powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, minced dried garlic, oregano, minced dried onion, coriander

Directions

Throw everything in a crockpot, set on low, and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Shred chicken before serving.

Serve on tortillas with sour cream or over brown rice.
